IR-POL Privacy Policy

The data controller is IR-POL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowa Sól, ul. Przyszłości 15, 67-100 Nowa Sól (hereinafter: “IR-POL”).

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for entities supporting IR-POL in the provision of services (e.g. IT companies, hosting providers, courier companies) – on the basis of relevant data processing agreements.

We store personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, as well as for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

The user has the right to:

  • correction of data,

  • request for data deletion,

  • processing restrictions,

  • data transfer,

  • object to processing,
